Ghim Soon Machinery Pte Limited is the exclusive distributor for Fischbein Bag Closing Machines and exclusive distributor for Union Special Bag Closing Machines in Singapore.

To support the business expansion, Ghim Soon Sewing Machine Co relocated from a two storey-shophouse to the Geylang East premises in 2001. In 2006, Ghim Soon Machinery Pte Ltd is established.

With more than 40 years of experience in the sewing machine industry, Ghim Soon has progressed to be a renowned retailer in Singapore for all types of sewing machines and spare parts. With the 4th Generation of the Tan family at the helm of the business, we identified the importance of having a strong Ecommerce presence thus Stitch4you.sg was established to create a platform where sewists can shop for machines/sewing tables/accessories and spare parts at ease. We also move to our current premises in 2023, offering a more enjoyable shopping experience for our customers and a sewing space(Sewing Hive) on loft level for teachers to conduct workshops. The space also serves as a comfortable co-sewing space for sewists to rent sewing machines to complete their crafts.

Ghim Soon offers a wide range of products, amongst others, bag closer machines such as Newlong, Union Special, Fischbein, Golden Lion, Yao Han, Siruba, industrial sewing machines such as Juki, Brother, Singer, Pegasus, Yamato, Siruba and their spare parts to wholesalers and retailers. Domestic sewing machines such as Elna(Swiss), Juki, Janome (Japan) and spare parts are readily available too. Made-to-order services for all sewing machine spare parts are also available to satisfy its customers’ needs.
